Sir, I am so sorry about your situation. And as for me “disappearing,” well, I didn't disappear. See this post I have made after you made your point.

Yep...I was just trying to explain my situation, so that I can start transferring funds.( Would be a hassle if a problem come up after I donate the money)

I am sorry about your loss Mr ns_Clyde. I guess an official avenger sale of $170 will come soon. Also, the normal price for 2nd hand avenger is about $130... Hope that might help

Also, the reason I did not talk more about this mistake is that I can see other people's reaction to this matter and I don't want to flood this thread with arguments...
Also, in your analysis, you switch the order of bid constantly, (but I am not going to analyze deep into this) and unless we have a history of what 1st post looked like every time... It won't be easy to retrace everything. (Another thing is I recall Luftrum sometimes updates bid "backwards", meaning from most recent post to older ones. There might be something going on somewhere, but it's hard to retrace)

Anyway...I am really sorry for you sir. But I didn't just hide and pay secretly after mistakes were found. At least to my knowledge, all bids I have placed, I placed them carefully. Why did I pay nevertheless? Because I might be traveling soon so that I had to make sure I got the transaction done as soon as possible. And as I mentioned in previous post, there are others chances you can get avenger cheap.

I am really sorry if you feel I took your place...

Tracing back through posts bidding for VPS Avenger, it looks as though there was a short period when there were three $150 bids in place and then two $160 bids quickly came in. I would assume that yours happened to be one that was displaced by one of those $160 bids under the top-to-bottom rule.

The moral of the story is, if you don't want that to get knocked out 'randomly', bid a bit more than the others.
