Hi,
I have connected Presonus fader port and the light on write is glowing. But It doesn't do anything when i move the fader.
Why this happens ?

You need to add it and set it up in Remote Devices. The documentation for your device should indicate how Cubase needs it set up.
If not, first thing to try is enable it as Mackie Universal and see if that works automatically, I would say.
