I disagree.

You're ruining my life! Jens smells funny, and besides, he likes old man music! I can't wait until I'm an adult.

Post

*haha* "Old man music" - it's true and I'll wear that as a compliment (I call it "real music" however)... the ladies say I smell like a baby though.

Yeah. For me SP2016 is like ketchup (like someone mentioned). Some people detest it, some put it on everything and love it.

Post

I detest ketchup. I like the Eventide verbs though. :)

Post

I detest ketchup as well. I like Eventide verbs, but I really like 2016. I started testing it and ended up with a track which had 2016 on every channel and sounded gorgeous. I had to buy it, and I was not floured with old Stereo Room plugin either. Weird.

put a drum sample in your daw and increase the position knob on the sp 2016
what your hear is the truth
very bad sounding on the transients
but for vocal is good and string samples
but for drums is a no go sound very bad on drums even free verbs sounds better against this

Always like the oirginal for small rooms and ambience. Just used the new one on percussion last night and it sounded excellent. Then again, I did move more than the position fader. There's quite a few other controls.
