Dimitar - if you're willing to spend just a little money you should really consider Drumkit From Hell - very good for NuMetal.dimitar wrote:Hello there Dudes!

I just gave your tune 'Frank' a listen - awesome tone and playing - how did you record it?

Can you maybe post a tune of yours having those problems you describe - sometimes it's easier to listen and then give advice based on that.dimitar wrote: and some EQ Tips to mix NuMetal tune

Just gave an ear.
Excellent guitar playing.
If you want the drums sounding better, especially the kicks, low-cut your bass line some & try layering more than one kick drum. I usually use 2 very different sounding kicks at once in my tracks these days.
Just make sure you're basslines & kicks aren't fighting for the same frequency ranges.
Sounds very good as is, but I know what you mean when you say you want more 'umph'..
Some verb on the kicks won't hurt either, & try using the two seperate kicks just slightly panned away from just slightly off-center.
No expert here, but trying to help a good sound sound better.
Nice playing again..I need you to do a solo track for me! I'm only rhythm
