Still waiting for Sonic Academy as well. My experience with their customer support is that they respond reliably but not particularly quickly, so no worries at this point.

The original post says a week after all monies have been turned in (which looks like Nov 6 according to a post by Luftrum.) I know it's tough; i'm waiting, too, and I can't tell you how many times I've checked my spam folder this week...but we've got to grin and bear it. What did you win from focusrite?

I'm not in a hurry. I was just asking, because I didn't want to bother anyone before it's neccessary.
But at some point it might become neccessary... Big companies tend to forget things...

I got the Scarlett 6i6. Not supercheap, but I wanted to buy it anyway.
