I wonder if he realizes that 1/4 step resolution actually is 1/64????Igor 4000 wrote:Maybe he means like an auto-quantizing function??
1/4 x 1/16 = 1/64

Well, when I render a song with Hydra, Scorpion or Plucked, there are missed notes in the song. I've noticed this back when I used Anamark as well. You use fruity right? I've tried everything, and have rendered many songs, and these are the only instruments that do this. They're nice sounding synths, but they are too annoying to use. I usually end up recording them straight from playback, which sucks. I contacted synapse, but they say there is nothing they can do, and said to get in contact with Gol. I contacted Yuji Miyane from Groovecube about the previously FL faulted Exciton, and he fixed the problem within a week, less than a week. ?????Igor 4000 wrote:Can you expand on that a bit? I actually use Hydra and Scorpion quite often and I haven't noticed this, which means that something is probably going onAnonymous Shadow wrote:I have one gripe about fruity, and synapse. Fruity will not render the synth bundle from synapse (hydra, plucked, scorpion) properly!
For what i know the beta wrapper already solve this issues (with an option to use fixed buffers, for choosen plugs). The question would rather be why does some hosts and plugs have to work in a fixed buffer size, ie don't comply with vst standart.forma wrote:I realize these questions overlap each other in terms of the answers but i think all the 4 questions are subtly different and would cover the whole scenario of this problem with DSP cards so no more question should need to follow (hahaha you know they will though)
Thanks!

Will you be giving FL Studio 5 a new name so you can get out of the 'Lifetime Free Upgrades' yet again?jeanmariecannie wrote:If it were up to Gol, FL Studio would probably be at version 1.738 as he doesn't really care about the marketing/commercial/... aspect of the whole (that's where the rest of us come in).p4nd4 wrote:gol would rather it be called 4.6.1 and not 5.0.
See ya,
jmc (FL Studio)
They couldn't keep the original name because they would have had to keep to their fake 'Lifetime Free 'Upgrades'' deal...xg2 wrote:[quote="dexters lab]![]()
don't know if the future holds a complete write over of the FL Studio Sequencer? i don't know but IMHO
Fruity Loops should of kept it's original name untill the day came that the sequencer was re-written and then re-named as FL STUDIO you could of still sold both.
No,They disappeared from this thread when people got rude and started with personal attacks.note how they disappeared from here once loop recording was mentioned ? imagine the early days - of course there would have been a response; a robust discussions; ideas back & forward.
