Hello, I am seeking further information on why I am having such issue when trying to add the PG8X into my plug in library. I have downloaded the PG8X vst file and added it into my vst folder and have restarted Logic several times. The plug in looks great and i'd love to have it. someone please help!!!

I apologize if you already know this, but in case you don't: to use a plugin in Logic, you need to download the AU (AudioUnit; not VST) version and put it in the plugins/components (not VST) folder; Logic doesn't use the VST plugin format. (It also has to be the 64bit version for LPX.)

EDIT: I see that the PG8X AudioUnit has been discontinued (just Mac standalone and VST at this point), so you may be out of luck with regard to this particular synth. There are lots of other great free AU synths out there, though!
