Is IK's SS2Free registration

I'm curious if other people have gotten IK's SS2Free registration server to work. On 9/17, I tried to register but never received any email, and I tried again a few days ago with the same problem.

It could be my fault, I suppose. I used a hotmail address, but I set the spam filter to allow all messages to get through. Maybe hotmail filters IK messages before I can ever get to them?

Another thing is the data that I entered may not fit their registration model. I suppose someone is manually filtering my request out.

I'm hoping to get a registration code as I believe the thing will time out on me pretty soon. Regardless of who is at fault, I'm the one who is suffering, which is why I believe C/R sucks.

Registration works. Apparently thousands of people have registered this free version already (well, it IS free ). I downloaded it and registered it just as an end user would. It took about 5 minutes! But, anyway, you can contact IK tech support this coming business week to get some help. Or you can try to just get it running. I mean, there is a chance the server is down at the moment. I don't know. But, most likely you are entering the serial number wrong. Remember there are no i's or o's (only Ones and Zeros).

Thanks for the info. I re-registered from a different email account and it worked in less than 5 minutes. I suppose it's possible that Hotmail is filtering all IKMultimedia emails (as I've set it to pass everything through and it still didn't make it).
