Hi members,

Too many messages here regarding BF samples on sale. May I know if there is any Mega packs or drum packs (whatever they called) still on sale? I really want to enrich my drum sample collection.

Cheers!

I think you should have a look at the BF thread in the Sell & Buy section, however these are a few sales you may consider:

- Sample From Mars has their whole collection for 39$ (it's not just drums, but there are a lot of them... I'm still downloading the content)
- Wave Alchemy offers their Synth Drums sample pack for 5£ (and has other sales, look at Revolution and Complete Drums Bundle if you want a lot of sounds).
- Loopmasters has some bundles for BF.
- NI expansion packs for Machine (probably good, but not cheap...)
free multisamples (last upd: 22th May 2021).

I vote with my wallet.

Sample from Mars,my favourite from them is the MPC60 from Mars, but the whole collection is a steal for $39

Also this Sample Magic pack is nice, had it for a couple of years and still gets plenty of use

The price dropped to a crazy point and I will surely have a look at sample from Mars after work

Definitely the Samples From Mars deal. I get so much use out of them.

Zero-G Total Drums / Total Snares (has claps and some snaps too) / Total Hats when on sale, especially as a bundle (currently ~$42 at Best Service) gives you 30,000 samples. It's a goldmine, and you can also rip them apart and layer them to make new, unique drums.

Breaktweaker is on sale in a bundle with Stutter Edit for $49 from Izotope. It comes with a 2.6GB drum library of over 7000 samples that cover many uses. But I'd only get it if you're interested in Breaktweaker itself.

You can try to find an ancient version of Komplete. You're looking for the Battery samples. You'd preferably be looking for Battery 3 in Komplete 5-8, since that has a massive 11.5 GB library (including Battery 1 and 2's) with over 32,000 samples. It's generally regarded as better than Battery 4's, and I agree.

Thanks YM for your input. I seldom browse those samples Web sites and will surely have a look at the Total drums and others.
