* Load the sequencer file into any of the Classic Moog presets.
* Enjoy!
Oh good! An easy question for Saturday morning, just what I can handle!spikey wrote:A "step by step" please, for the Rhino challenged...![]()
How do i save out Tim C's Algorithmic sequencer settings?
There is no specific bank called TimC's Algorhythmic. There are however specific presets in his Banks 1-4:pough wrote:Is there a bank called TimC's Algorhythmic or something? I found a few patches in his 4 banks that had sequences, saved them and then loaded them into a Moog patch or two - they sounded awful! Which leaves me with the sneaking suspicion that I've done something wrong...

Bank 1 has 20 presets named Algorithmics1,2..20. as well it has 4 called Microtonal Algos 1-4.
Bank 2 has Microtonal Algos 1-4.
Algorithmics is a name that Tim uses that just basically means 'Sequences'. Also check
the SEQ tab in Rhino 2 for other TimBank patches-several of them use the Sequncer.
Had you not heard Tim's banks before?
When you tried them 'in a Moog
Patch or two', they won't work in every one, try several! Which Moog patches did you try and which Algo patches? You have to experiment...
It might be down to a matter of taste, or maybe it's time to see the Doc andget that ear wax removed!
