Listening to some audio demos and these things sound great, look very useable. It's on my demo list for another time though.

I’ve demoed Modnetic and like the sound but what’s up with it not having an output knob? Or am I missing something? Also annoying is figuring out time divisions since things like dotted notes aren’t listed - Outer Space is more user friendly in that department.

I've been tempted too, but the interface is very small. I remember reading things abobut a resizeable GUI : is it something in the works ?

The wet signal level is controlled with the "Gain" knob. We find this to be better than an output because you can use it like a send even when in an insert chain, and you can overdrive the input to get more drive. The delay section also has its own post level (an reverb has a dry wet that acts like a gain) so its fully adjustable, maybe just a matter of thinking 'In' rather than 'out' ... it is a delay after all so tails are important.yehboy1 wrote: Thu Nov 29, 2018 1:49 pm I’ve demoed Modnetic and like the sound but what’s up with it not having an output knob? Beat divisions are found in the drop down. We express it in triplets but a 4th dotted is an 8th triplet. Just go up by 2x and use triplet.

Since I’ve been using Modnetic and to a lesser extent Diffuse, I’ve become totally accustomed to the Surreal way of thinking about delays.soma wrote: Thu Nov 29, 2018 3:55 pmThe wet signal level is controlled with the "Gain" knob. I did send an email a while ago with some feature requests. An envelope on the noise would be convenient since sometimes the noise buildup up is too much and I do want a rather large hit of noise rather than a quiet stream, but it’s much less of an issue since I started using Denise Noize (but of course would be more convenient in one plugin). Also, a ducking feature like the one in Diffuse would be nice in Modnetic. Finally, I would love the option to load IR into the reverb module. I have some amazing IR’s from Past to Future Reverbs (King Tubby spring reverb, Dynachord, e.g) that would fit right in.

thanks for all the great feedback here. many things are noted
we are absolutely still working on these, and more. the gui resize is top of our list, is being worked on, and coming ... soon ... at some point.
really pleased users are digging the sound.

I use Diffuse a lot but $40 US on sale is too much for a delay these days. (referring to Modnetic)

For what you get, 40 bucks is a steal IMO.jbarish wrote: Thu Nov 29, 2018 10:04 pm I use Diffuse a lot but $40 US on sale is too much for a delay these days. (referring to Modnetic)

That would be an excellent addition!perpetual3 wrote: Thu Nov 29, 2018 4:47 pm ...I would love the option to load IR into the reverb module. I have some amazing IR’s from Past to Future Reverbs (King Tubby spring reverb, Dynachord, e.g) that would fit right in.
