I may have tried a demo a while back. Then again, I may not have. Will give that a(nother) look. Thanks.

I also plan to give Saturn a try. Fabfilter does offer a 30-day demo.

This Punish plugin is actually pretty badass. I didn't expect each individual effect to have as much resolution and be as tweakable, and have such a "high end" sound, across the board. But they do. A very fine tunable effect for each component, that can be extremely subtle for use on the master bus, to multiple types of heavy duty crunch, and many points in between.

High end saturation effect with a high end price. Didn't think I really wanted or needed this. Guess I shouldn't have demoed, 'cause now I think I do!

Been trying the demo and really like a lot about Punish. Sounds and looks great. That price is so steep though

Hopefully an Easter sale maybe

I guess the price is why Punish doesn't get talked about more. I think it is a great sounding plugin. Some good presets to tweak from. $99 I would hit the buy button. But the current price is too rich for me

Just had an email thanking me for trialing Punish and offering a code for an exra 15% off. Takes the price down to $169. Tempted

Still pretty steep though.

On sale at Plugin Boutique for £39.99 currently. Another long kvr thread about an effect plugin with very little discussion about how it actually sounds.. shocker. Well, it sounds amazing and the unique thing is that the big knob is effectively control over a complex macro that can be set on each individual parameter. Very unique plugin.

Yeah, I was hoping to read about CPU use. Should have known better. Hopefully I can find a demo (there isn't one at Plugin Boutique) but I am tempted at $49.

It won't run in Orion. I get an error message about an unexpected number of outputs and it won't load.
