If you had simply said "I don't like EDM. I prefer <insert genre>" we wouldn't even be having this conversation because you're certainly entitled to like what you like. But coming out and saying "My music is better than YOUR music" just makes you sound like an elitist snob. And there is nothing I hate more than elitist snobs because they think their world is better than everybody else's.
If everybody in this world was like you, I'd stay in the house and never associate with anybody.
