Sonokinetic libraries not showing in Kontakt within Cubase and Reaper

Hi. I recently installed Sonokinetics Xmas giveaway, Ostinato Woodwinds. Everything went ok with NI registration yet Ostinato Woodwinds only shows up in Kontakt 5 standalone. It's doesn't show up in either of my Cubase 9.5 or Reaper daws.
Both Daws are up to date and so is Kontakt 5. I've tried running as administrator and that didn't do anything and to top it off, Sonokinetic Ostinato Brass has also disappeared when opening Kontakt in Cubase or Reaper (but still visable in standalone).
I also have Ostinato Strings, which thankfully is still working in both.
Running in Windows 7.
Any help would be appreciated.
