You're running a 64-bit host, and that looks like old Waves 8 plugins in the 32-bit folder.
Was Waves8 ever 64-bit?

Dont remove anything; copy the 64-bit waveshell dll files into your regular plugin directory.

Well, the message is that cubase cant load the plugin it is finding in a specific directory. The plugin appears to be the 32-bit version, and its a 64-bit host.
So if you stop cubase looking in the directory with the 32-bit plugin version in it (the path in the error message), and do what I said (move the 64-bit version to where your other 64-bit plugins are) then that should stop the message.
