All lights flash on and off, sometimes they won't stay on at all, other times they flip on and off repeatedly after putting unit to sleep. I've tried doing a reset, which was successful (changed my settings) but didn't solve the problem. Disconnecting and reconnecting usb hasn't helped, nor has rebooting computer.
Is there a more complete reset that's not in documentation, or do I need to swap the unit at retailer where I purchased it?

Hi lefty,
It sounds like you’re powering LinnStrument from an inadequate power source, for example a low-quality USB hub, a USB port on a lower-quality laptop, or from an iPad without putting LinmStrument into the necessary Low Power mode? Connect it via USB directly to your computer or try other suggestions on the Hooking It Up page like using a USB Y cable for separate power and data, and all should be fine.
