Well, regardless of whether the OP is a sock puppet, S1 was my one and only DAW ever and I never thought about changing it. As I'm making pattern-based electronic music (mostly trance-related) I briefly tried FL Studio and Live but Studio One (it was v. 2 back then) appeared to me as being much more logical and self-contained. I'm at v. 3 now, don't see any compelling reason to upgrade to v. 4 because v. 3 already has everything I may need from a DAW.
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try

Same here... TBH, i find FL Studio's GUI quite horrible, also the colour choices. Live is better, but, i never quite got the workflow (didn't try hard though, so, no wonderrecursive one wrote: Wed Dec 19, 2018 1:41 pm Well, regardless of whether the OP is a sock puppet, S1 was my one and only DAW ever and I never thought about changing it. I'd rather spend time poking around the back-DAWMushy Mushy wrote: Wed Dec 19, 2018 8:11 am
How could you not be inspired opening the DAW of Perception.
Anyway, the best DAW is the Green-DAW It includes a great sample library of an old piano, played 'hot'

That's like the pope claiming he's not proselytizing.hulkbeats wrote: Wed Dec 19, 2018 4:59 am Okay, first of all, this is not a promotional post. Nor it is a fanboy rant.
It has literally every feature from every DAW.
It has literally everything.
Reapeating that does not make it any truer - which it is not.
But I'm pretty sure you are just a shill anyway and shills usually never reply or even just re-visit the threads they dump their crap in.

Studio One user here and I'm seriously disgusted - kinda makes me wanna ditch it.LawrenceF wrote: Wed Dec 19, 2018 1:30 pm Observation: Whether you like Studio One or not, the original post actually does kinda come off like a sock-puppet advert.![]()
