Once, in 1967, my father bought me this (just the one cymbal attached to the kick drum and a hihat tho):

So it was funny to see it in Jim Scott Drums for BFD. As I was spending some money he left me (which was unexpected af).
Later he got me a big ol' Zildjian ride. But that was about it for Xmas that year. I'm picturing him shopping for this on advice, he didn't play at all.

I bought myself a bottle of Cran-Mango this year.
