I just sent a snippet of a Avenger expansion to someone, and this person said that on the second part of the drop, there is 4/4 claps on the background (i.e one clap per beat).

But to my ears, I don't hear any additionnal claps than the one we can hear at the first part.

Can someone confirm what I hear

The guy said he hear claps in background each time, but I only hear it every two beats...

On the last part, I hear some noise, hi hats, but NO claps on each beats.

This is weird, and I fear that this guy is right and that my ears may miss a sound.

At 0.07 there are no additional claps. Just the one that has been going from the start on every beat.
At 0.09 there is the heavier snare sound every beat - but it sure as hell isn't what I would call a clap.

I don't know if you intended to quote that 1min 1sec snippet, but I can't spot any additional clap there either. There's a 4/4 kick, a snare (or possibly a clap) on every 2 and 4 beat, a white noise FX and a hihat joins in at 1.09.
It's possible that the kick drum is obscuring the snare / clap on every beat, but I'd still hear it most as the kick on every beat and the clap / snare on 2 and 4.

Either way, it's a very busy track without much room for additional claps. Unless your friend is mistaking the heavier snare-like sound for an additional clap at 0.09, then he is indeed hearing things that aren't there.

(Finally, as a pedantic note about perception, if anyone ever asks whether you can hear what they can hear, the answer is most likely always no).
