Someone back there mentioned "Never Mind the Bollocks...", but that is more of a collection of singles and B-sides than an actual debut album. No shame in that, most of the early Motown albums were those kinds of compilations.
IIRC, only "Submission" was a new track.

Yeah, a lot of great debut albums were apparently like that. For example:
