Someone back there mentioned "Never Mind the Bollocks...", but that is more of a collection of singles and B-sides than an actual debut album. No shame in that, most of the early Motown albums were those kinds of compilations.

IIRC, only "Submission" was a new track.

PIL's debut, on the other hand...
