I don't know what approach you've taken but I simply wrote an email at the time of release and got the download link right away.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

Does this x64 version now support multithreading ?
Years ago I used it sometimes, but run into audio performance problems when using more than 5 sounds at the same time (for layered sounds etc.).
I got washer sound quality and stopped using it. .
In 2019, a workstation vsti without mutithreading is an absolute no-go.

It's not heavy on the juice. I can't see any reason why you'd need that. Perhaps you were running windows 95 with 2mb of RAM or something?

Frankly, one of mostest strange algorithm of getting updates (of purchased products) i've seen. Just, it seems this is not some technical issue, guys really just do not have any method for registered users.
(Though need to say, the first place in that top will be for PPG stuff (with all love and respect to Wolfgang though)

Folks, anyone tried to run latest Purity on Win10 with new cpu's ?
Just, latst time i used it on my old config Win7\ CPU core quad, and all worked smooth.
So, tried today install on my new config (Win10\i7), installed and opened with no problems, but all preset\timbres sounds totally broken, It's hard to describe in two words, easier to hear.
I can't understand, it's incompatibility with new OS or new CPUs, or what.
?
Also tried restart windows after install - nope, all the same.
Frankly it's first such case with strange dependency plugin's working that i found after upgrade.
EDIT Fixed !
(Thanks to quick support help).
