Upgrade to Reason 10 will have Europa VST and drum sequencer?

Hi,

Due to I've bought quite a number of software starting from BF last year so I didn't followup with the vendor. I bought the upgrade last Nov and I recalled it came with Europa VST and drum sequencer (as long as my memory still correct). However, I only got the link and s/n of R10 but no Europa VST and drum seq'er. May I know anyone here bought R10 but also got both download link?

Support ticket has been raised to propellerheads. But the turn around time may be more than 8 hrs. So I ask here to see if someone can provide some hints.
