I still prefer previous one (the first one), doesnt block waveform that much and blends nicely. I can also send you few graphics if you wanna continue to work on it

That is better... just make the waveform brighter than that art image. Actually, scratch that - the waveform should be the brightest - over the image. You can do it through colour or through brightness.

Please, understand one thing - you are the skin creator, it is your vision. I offer up suggestions as an option. Go with what you feel is what you want.

Sorry, was tired last night. I'm gonna try that and maybe do something about window pic behind preset list so that I can un-bold fonts. It gonna take some experimentation, I´ll post screenshot when I have something

By what you suggested this should be it or step in right direction at least:

Color for waveform is white, cant go brighter than that. It matches knobs at least. I dont think its that important in Eve since you wont be editing it like in WS, just visual representation.

Did edit of the first one while I was there, normal fonts, actually bold are nicer on the GUI but don't like ´em in pop-up menus. Had to fade a bit window thats behind preset list otherwise it would get in a way.

Anyone tested with Windows 7 32 bits and Reaper 32 bits, or some other host? I'm installing a virtual machine to test that out, but it will take some time. Very slow internet...

Should I do an effort on making a single file install for ALL products? I mean, you download ONE file, and it has all products using a SINGLE installer?

Started over on skins. Made all new templates that correct a few error with the original templates.

Made a new skin using those:

Westgate-4 Faded Past

About the new Eve v5 -

I've tried to keep up with this long thread, so sorry if this is covered, I must have missed it —

We can't use our old Eve presets in the new Eve v5, right? They have to be converted by William to be able to be used in the new Eve v5, right?

Guys,

Totally lost contact with the flow of evolution for many days or however long it has been.
Had multiple deaths in the family, death of a dear neighbor. Near death of mother that was salvaged and okay for now. Reminder of how fragile and blessed life is.

Kinda knocks out anything aesthetic.

Those guys are in the hands of Allah, so got no worries.

Death of the computer another thing for those of us stuck in the salt of the earth.

Has taken a week of rebuilding. First started to fail when testing the EVE 16 GB installer. Lights went out with a fatal crash. Was ready to send William the mother of all crash logs. Problem was however with the damnable win 10 automatic updates. Got the rebuild 70 percent done and then the win 10 update took everything down again.

Will continue to trash out and abuse EVE 5 and send feedback to the support link.

May all be well, dry, warm, safe.
