Is there a shortcut to remove loop ?
Like in Reaper=Escape.
Not just turn loop off but remove loop selection.
When there is only one region showing, I need to drag the loop left or right before I can click in empty space to remove or make another selection.

Yes, good point, I have not thought of that.
I'll add a shortcut for this soon.
Until then you can right click on the timeline and deselect the "Region Enabled" checkbox.
