How to ReWire Reason & Fl Studio?

I'm trying to do FL Studio as the host, and Reason as the client / device / slave.

When I play MIDI on my controller, it's not getting sent from FL Studio up to Reason, though; and I can't figure out why.

When I slave Reason into Reaper, all works well. Separately, when I slave Reaper into FL Studio, all works well. So I've had success with Rewiring both FL Studio and Reason, and the problem only happens when I try to slave Reason directly to FL Studio. Ideas?

Thank you. I did read that but still couldn't get it to work. I have found a workaround for me to use, but it won't be generally helpful as it requires Reaper in addition to FL and Reason:

I'm using FL Studio v20.1.1 and Reason 10.2.2d1. I could get neither 32-bit nor 64-bit FL Studio to host Reason.

I just tried using Reason as host and loading FL Studio as VSTi, but that did not work either.

Reaper as host, FL Studio as VSTi, and Reason as ReWire-slave passes initial testing here, so that could be a solution for me. It won't help people with just FL Studio and Reason though.
