Have you tried contacting NI or Heavyocity?
My main tools: Kontakt, Omnisphere, Samplemodeling + Audio Modeling. Unify = godsend. Tari's libraries also rock.

What does Native Access indicate regarding its status? Does the entry read 'Demo'? In this case it's not recognizing the authorization for one or another reason. One of them being it isn't.
