I know its not particularly relative to a forum like this BUT it does relate to music software!
I need to recover an e-mail I deleted from my e-mail deleted items folder - is it possible to recover it?
If so how.

I made some mess ups with my email account lately – after messing with Norton (which is close to death now 
and am looking for another anti virus)
I think once delete from the delete box – that’s pretty much it – so probably best in future to backup everyday -before- ‘moving’ ‘emptying’ or ‘deleting’ anything
OutBack plus is a good email backup program.
