Bx_digital v3, TDR Nova, Dangerous BAX EQ, Maag 2 & 4

Live's EQ Eight and (rarely) OvertoneDSP's PTC-2A Pultec emu.

Mastering is another story. i'll reach for NI's Passive (works well for mastering because it's so gentle, really hard to mess up a mix with it), TDR Nova or whichever EQ is built into the program i'm using (Ozone or Acoustica). For final polish to get all the tracks sounding similar on an album when finalizing i might grab OvertoneDSP's AF210.

I just use logic's vintage EQs for mastering to add some extra grit.
it's no secret most digital EQs are the same.

Does having only ever used one EQ plugin disqualify me from commenting?
My solo projects:
Hekkräiser (experimental) | MFG38 (electronic/soundtrack) | The Santtu Pesonen Project (metal/prog)

What madness is this? :hihi:

I like Parametric EQ 2 on FL Studio by it's ability of inspecting audio frequencies visually in real time.

oh bx_console ssl 4000 E is really great, even so its a channel strip and not only a eq

Post

ProQ3 most of the time, plus SlickEQ, TBProAudio CS3301 (awesome channel strip), Toneboosters EQ4, and Overloud EQ550

Post

Live EQ8 and Hornet SW34MKII.

Hornet is very nice for cutting frequencies, very broad and gentle curves. EQ 8 for taking out any resonances and other general duties.

Post

Pro-Q 3 for fine tuning and stock Ableton filters for the rest.
