Recovered from saving general MIDI percussion phrases incorrectly?

I've been saving phrases and realize that I have a lot of MIDI percussion phrases that I never specified as percussion phrases. Now, when I drag them into the composition, the notes do not necessarily align with the general MIDI percussion standard. Is there a way to recover from this besides manually transposing the phrase until seems to be using the correct instruments?

Please add the percussion phrases either by double-clicking on the workspace or by pressing + (when the workspace is in keyboard focus).
Free dragging transposes the phrases, so another (less comfortable) option is resetting the transposition.
