Hi!

First time on KVR Marketplace,
I accidently ordered a plugin (U-he Colour Copy)
I'm from Canada and I wanted to see on the Paypal page if the final price would be in CAD dollar or USD dollar but I guess it processed the order without the usual "Comfirm" button like on other store.

69$ usd = $94.84 CAD

I did not activated the plugin.
Is it possible to get a refund ?

There is no KVR marketplace refund policy.

KVR ais NOT responsible for any of the listings in the marketplace.
It is a transaction PURELY between YOU and the SELLER.

I wrote to support@u-he.com as it was written in the order receipt (if i need help installing or something else).

They replied to me :

Hello,

since you bought it from kvr, you have
to contact kvr about a refund, I can't refund
you, sorry.

I also just found the Return Policy of KVR Marketplace here :

It says :

KVR is not involved with returns or refunds and that such issues are between the Buyer and Seller alone.

So who do I contact ?
I'm confuse lol

EDIT: Oh wait, you bought it from the ACTUAL marketplace, not the secondhand marketplace (for other forum members selling 2nd hand licenses).

I think he's talking about the KVR MARKETPLACE ... So the seller is KVR. Much like buying from Audiodeluxe etc.

That was their paypal address.
We will see if they reply or not.
