Glad my patches are passable bManic, thanks for checking them out.

I asked a question on the ohmforce forums a while ago, but haven't got an answer:
How can a multisample of say, a piano, be created? Is this correct...
-sample each 'E' of the piano over 11 octaves, samples equally spaced
-set sync position to zero
-set sync position midi modulation from note to the octave monopolar curve, 100%

Have I got that right? What should the pitch and speed link be set to, to make the pitch vary over the octave?

Anyone got any ideas about that?

I have no idea. I never tried multisampling anything for Symptohm. You'll just have to experiment I think.

Nice one! Very atmospheric, ethereal but dark and dirty.
Have to be careful morphing between F and F# - the filter type switching really gives a good 'pop'!
I like the vocaloid patch on B a lot. Thanks for sharing

Yeah, I noticed the pop as well.. Hmm, perhaps I should move the F# preset somewhere else, not so close to F. Oh well.. that's the downside of my way of programming Symptohm. I get too bored when doing simple variations so my presets rarely have any good, smooth morphing capabilities from melohman notes.

It's easy enough to chose your own favorite preset from the meta-patch and then simply create a new meta-patch with variations that suit your own style.

It's been exactly one year since the last update so let me do a big BUMP! for this thread.

You can get OhmForce plugins much cheaper now due to their new pricing which means there will probably be new Symptohm:Melohman users around. I encourage everybody to explore this wonderfully unique synth and share their presets. If you post a link to a preset then let me know via PM and I'll add it to the first page.

An oldish thread, I know, but I've just been playing with some of the presets (using the free Melohman PE) and I wanted to say thank you (bmanic and jamesb) for them. So: Thank you.

2019 bump! Links to my presets fixed and some updates to them too. I was not able to find JamesB's presets though. Anybody got those somewhere on a backup drive?

The free Melohman PE should be able to play all these presets as well.
