What are you waiting to show up? Do you have Native Access? That's where it should show up

My fault i forgot to mention you actually have to go to their website and log in then request the Komplete Start first, then it should appear in ur Native Access.

I know about that. But it's just not being deposited. It just seems to be broken somewhere which is probably why the "temporary delay" message is still there after almost a week.

I would contact support something has gone wrong. Mine took about 20 mins to show up.

I did. It was a waste of time. They linked me the Komplete Start page with the warning about delays (even though I mentioned I already knew about that) and marked the ticket as solved.
