SongFrame is out of business and no more license keys will be sold.
Studio One 3 has a chorder, but it doesn't seem to be as good as Cubase.
I would recommend checking out Sundog Scale Studio. The demo version is great for getting a taste for what it's about and runs indefinitely. Scales/chords available in purchased version are extensive. I've gained major appreciation for this program after using it for awhile. It really is inspiring after you get to know it. Hauke is currently working on a vst version, but the stand-alone works great via virtual midi cable with DAW.

Cognitone Synfire
Cognitone Harmony Navigator
WaveDNA Liquid Music
Re-Compose Liquid Notes
Notation based:
Ars Nova Songworks
Arpege Music Pizzicato
Of all the programs listed in this thread only Synfire, RapidComposer and Songworks let you create different chord progressions based on a given melody. Synfire gives insane control whereas RC and SW don't give much options.

Yup Synfire is ridiculously expensive but it is also a very deep software. For example, it offers about 20 different algorithms just to decide how a melody should fit into a given chord progression. No other software comes anywhere near.
There is a stripped down version called Synfire Express which costs half the full version. Harmony Navigator is a further stripped down one and costs much cheaper. Demo all of them.

I never heard of SongFrame but that is exactly what I have been looking for so sad to see they didn't make it.
Personally the best Chord Track for making a song quickly, to me, is Waveform 9 or 10. It clicks with me since it does a great job of just getting a son up and running quickly.
Studio One chord track does not have a midi generator and that is crazy. It works great if a person is working with samples but I really don't do that.
Cubase 10 It really is nice but the way it is marked out the chords kind of drives me nuts. I prefer the marked area from Tracktion, aka the Chords duration is in the marked area not the hit. You mark the areas where the Chord is hit in Cubase and isn't as clear how the song is structured with chords.
RapidComposer I bought this thinking I could just throw together a song real quick for building a structure and make basic midi chords. Then throw it into a DAW be done with it. That didn't click with me yet. I keep skimming the waters and get frustrated that I can do it so much fast in Waveform. It me and not RapidComposer. I just need to get the UI and mild learning curve down.
