You could use the selection tool and draw a rectangle around all tracks you want to combine. After that go the the Event menu and select Mixdown Selection which creates 1 combined audio track.

Post

Select all audio events in question (potentially select the tracks and hit Ctrl-Shift-A for "Select All on Tracks") and run "Event" -> "Mixdown Selection". That creates a new track (going to a new channel) with an audio event containing the merge, and it'll mute the original events.

thx guys, i marked them but the options are greyed out :(

Did you really select the events? Try to click on an event, it gets a highlighted border. If you shift-click on the other events they will be also selected and the Event menu should not contain greyed out entries after that.

They are not selected for sure...
Selected events in S1 look different... you would see the little volume line in the clip and the clips would have a white/blueish border

This forum post covers many good things about transform and bounce as two options for rendering also.

Transform usually give you a dialog to choose options, but bounce just execute, kind of.

I saved away the chart on there to desktop telling what happends with the various things like automation etc. Very useful until repeated enough to be in the backbone. It's bigger in reality than in the forum post that scale it down.
