I registered and bought SampleRobot version 5 at the Skylife website a couple of months ago, since Skylife promised I then would still get the version 6 for free.

When I try to login now, the Skylife website doesn´t recognise me anymore.

And there is no way to contact Skylife as far as I can see, no apparent email address or anything.

Anybody know how to get in contact with Skylife?

I just posted on an obscure French facebook page with the Sample Robot logo, https://www.facebook.com/notes/moessieu ... 665538895/

How can a company be in a business and don´t let customers contact you?

There are address, telephone and email details on this page:

Ok, now I see the email address, it was in rather distorted writing for me to notice, though. I´ve emailed Skylife on why the website doesn´t recognise me any longer, waiting for answer.

They moved to a new shopping system so I guess everybody has to re-register again. But I never had any problem contacting them - usually they are very quick to reply. Usually within a day.

I'm quite impressed by the new v6 actually and glad I bought it. v5 was competent enough, but the GUI and workflow on the Mac was a bit too wonky for my taste.

So I got response från Skylife yesterday and I made an upgrade order. It is being manually processed and it looks like it takes some time, have waited 21 hrs now. The new version of Sample Robot was expected months ago and has been delayed several times. Perhaps it is a one man show over at Skylife and things just take time.

Thanks for the response DrGonzo, I´m a fan of your Plughugger-sounds BTW -- I hope you make new cool sound libraries for Omnisphere 2.5, the new features and analog style samples for good old Omni are great and I can´t wait for guys like you to take it all to the limits! :D

Haha... the first expected release date was back in May! But he's always very prompt with replying to emails. You'll probably get the updated version within a few hours.

Glad you like the sounds! That's why I'm so damn happy that v6 of SampleRobot finally is out. I have a whole bunch of hardware here just laying around waiting to be sampled :)
