So that people actually want to enter the contest and don't feel like this is not legit, because it is. You come up with good reasons to why one should not enter. Therefore I change the story so that people can feel more safe while entering the contest.bmanic wrote: Sun Mar 10, 2019 7:06 pm You keep changing the original story.. adding to it as you go eh?

Perhaps your sense of the scale and importance of the event is inflated because you're right in the middle of it all, but from an outsider's perspective, it hardly seems worth the effort. It's a "contest" where the prize is that a small group of teenagers will get to use your song anonymously as their party theme for a month. The winner also gets an as-yet unspecified payment and a stranger's promise to act as a free manager to sell more themes to other teenagers.

Therefore I will make a contract where it says that I get some rights of the track, and I then have to help the winner find other jobscthonophonic wrote: Sun Mar 10, 2019 7:27 pm Perhaps your sense of the scale and importance of the event is inflated because you're right in the middle of it all, but from an outsider's perspective, it hardly seems worth the effort. do your parents know you're wasting time partying for a month before exams when you should be studying?

How can you guarantee paid jobs, and what sort of contract? The winner will get a contract from me.

A contract that binds me to help you and find contacts and other paid projects for you. I can not guarantee paid jobs, but if I do not find any paid jobs, my group will pay you ourself for your work. This also will be in the contract.whyterabbyt wrote: Sun Mar 10, 2019 7:51 pmtobias.thorsen wrote: Sun Mar 10, 2019 7:04 pm As price I will find other jobs like this for you where you can earn up to 2000 dollars each song you make. Well, yes, that's probably what it's all about. So what? I guess most of the people here don't have a huge audience, so a bunch of norwegian teenagers getting drunk while hearing your song does not seem so bad after all. Just forget about alle the garbage about guaranteed paid jobs and hand over your EDM song that no one outside the KVR universe will ever hear anyway

Just make next month's Music Cafe contest "EDM for getting drunk on a bus," and you can have all that sweet KVR adulation as well.Septimon wrote: Sun Mar 10, 2019 8:44 pmcthonophonic wrote: Sun Mar 10, 2019 7:27 pm It's a "contest" where the prize is that a small group of teenagers will get to use your song anonymously as their party theme for a month.
