Importing multiple samples at once?

Hi,
I used to work with the exs24 sampler of Logic for a while. Really nice plugin.
I switched over to Cubase SX 2, but I miss this sampler a lot, because I haven't found a sampler plugin which can import wav files as easy as the exs24 does.
What sampler plugin can select several wav files and map them instantly to different keys?
I know Kontakt can't.

EmulatorX can. It can even map them for you based on the root note of the samples and auto-map key zones up, down or centered round that note.
Problem with EmuX is that it only comes with the 1212 or 1820 hardware, I think.

Weird:
Still: SFZ has a dedicated .SFZ format. This is a plain text file in which you specify which key is assigned to which WAV file. SFZ is free, try it. Read the docs to figure out how it works for you.
A couple of weeks ago someone posted a script to create a SFZ file from contents of a complete folder, so it must be dead simple.
Also I think ANY sampler must allow you to assign a WAV file to seperate keys. It just is like a keyboard range of only one key wide. The key word then must be: simple.Supports EXS24/WAV/AIFF/SDII/SF2 sample formats

Just have searched, but didn't find it.
Have you got that script somewhere?

Yep, it was not easy to find, but after some persistance:

Also the description of the SFZ file format itself:
