....and we’re done! Thank-you, sir! :tu:

The first thing that I noticed - and this made me laugh - is that it’s version 1.0.0.1 :hihi: - I guess that Presonus hasn’t done much with or to it since it’s release!

I’ll definitely play with it, fedexnman, and maybe quite a bit with it. It’s best use may be to ‘tweak’ what Presence will accept, so it may be along the lines of: raw samples -> sound forge/wavelab (maybe fmr’s Awave for additional editing) -> Halion -> the PXT editor for tweaking and final wave set compiling - there is so much stuff available for Presence that it’s probably a safe assumption that the Presence XT playback engine overall is probably pretty good - but it’s all Presonus! It does advertise to import sfz and EXS24 files; but my guess is that some of the metadata from the headers, etc. are going to be lost in the translation - that’s where the editor could help -

:hihi: enjoy it .

 wow, you’re a really nice guy, fedexnman! That made my day! Thanks! I’m going to use the $$$’s and a few more to purchase a soft that I’ve been looking at -

I’m going to post here about the editor as I learn more about it - apparently: Presonus really has their own unique way of doing things; which can understandably lead to a lot of friction in their community - might just go with being that size -

It would be great to see them do massive bundles like NI - I see tons of smaller bundles for Presence; but nothing approaching a ‘site raid’ -

Necro :D I can't get Presence XT to import EXS files in Studio One Artist v5.5.2 ... guessing either I need Pro for the import functionality or it was moved to Presence XT Editor? I'm stumped. Should work. It doesn't even "see" the EXS files when I use file browser. Tried all sorts of combinations, including putting them in the same directory as the WAV samples and not.

BTW, the previous link is dead but found this in wayback machine:
