I don't understand how they justify the high price of the VST. Thoughts?

What kind of answer you expect from the community? what will it change? will it gonna lower the price of Sytrus? If you would buy FL Studio for 199 you would recieve sytrus for free you know...

I have owned FL Studio since version 1 (FL) and have the the Producer's Edition that included the FL version of Sytrus. The VST version is $149 USD.

If you're patient, you can get the Image-Line plugins on sale for 50% periodically during the year. Also the plugins tend to be cheaper to buy from places like JRR shop than from the IL store.

So what? Alchemy cost 199 € and is included in Logic now, which costs 200 €.

A price is not something tangible or set. It's what you can get on the market.

I also have it, and had no problems downloading vst version and activating it.

If you like it you buy it, if you cant afford it, dont buy it. Simple as that. Why people these days are so entitled of everything to get in the way they want. IL set the price, if people are buying that means the price is fair. Simple.
