I personally love it , no clutter , flat gui and a functional colour scheme

i don't even own Echoboy, or any other software requiring ilok.
It's just a pretty crowded market, especially in the delays department.
I think it is easy to be disappointed these days solely by the specs, with the humungous amount of stellar options already available, partly even for decades.
And Valhalla GUIs are among my favorites in the business. If the results convince me, i will buy this for sure. Of course it's no deal breaker, but the lack of ducking is the first little dampening to my excitement, others might „miss“ other features they got used to

Oh no, I'm not talking about the GUI itself, I already own some Valhalla products. I'm talking about the parameters we can see : too classic. No ducking, no complex multitap, no reverse...gentleclockdivider wrote: Sat Mar 30, 2019 3:08 pmThat's the vallhalla aestheticDJErmac wrote: Sat Mar 30, 2019 2:35 pm Now that I've seen the GUI, I've lost any interest. Just answered : I expected some less travelled paths...
I didn't expect ALL the features I mentionned but at least something new.

Looks like an instabuy for me (unless it's over $100).

There's just so much misinformation and misunderstanding about the existing delays out there already mixed in with the hype.Sampleconstruct wrote: Sat Mar 30, 2019 3:08 pm Pre-hype, anti-hype, that's what a plugin release needs.
It hurts to read it all, but not enough time (in life) to respond to all (or maybe any) of it.
Just need a giant

I'm curious as to what the Era option does considering there's already an age feature.

Era lets you time travel, while age lets you choose how old you'll be when you get there.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Sat Mar 30, 2019 4:16 pm I'm curious as to what the Era option does considering there's already an age feature.

i suspect there are more 'mode', 'style' and 'era' settings than were revealed in those screen grabs
also, it looks like some of the parameters on offer change depending on which mode/style/era are chosen
