Just curious as to how much different is this "glide" feature then Uhe's Twangstorm that allows you to modulate every parameter with an LFO or envelope or both?

So, I'm trying to decide if Comet is worth buying, or if it offers a better quality long reverb, compared to Blackhole, I am not interested in the Comet morph feature, but rather the quality of the long decays, and how they compare to Blackhole.

There are many reverbs that do long tails... seems those of you that are liking Comet like the long tails. I didn't really check that part of it out. just the over-all reverbness of it and the morphing (which I have no use for). So, I will check out the long tail of it. There are lots of revbers that do long tails so I will also compare and see if indeed Comet has something special there...

How has the beta-version been on your system so far ? stable ? no issues ?

Are you on Mac or PC , any details ?

I might just wait for the official version, rather than use a beta-version, but the beta-version's lower price is tempting.

Ok I get it. But it's more of a one-trick-pony. It's a great trick however. For me, I can't really justify $80+ for it's long tail. I have reverbs that sound better and are more versatile, as regular reverbs. As for the long tail, it's very nice sounding for sure. Have fun with it!

Polyverse does not allow license transfers either which goes against #NONFR. Sorry...

The Beta-Comet price shown on their webiste is $99. The regular price of Comet is $149.

I see no other price that's lower than $99. for the beta. Not sure where the $80 pricing posted on this topic is based on ?
