If the new EU Uploadfilter system will come , is it then still possible to upload self create self-made videos with self-created music without a contract with a right collecting society like z.b. GEMA on the big platforms like YouTube or Facebook Yes or no ? I got the answer from the office of a EU Parlament member who are for the upload-filter

Well, we will see if all that works what the politicians of the EU George Clintons Parlament think
