looking for some quality utility, which can convert WAV loop sample to MIDI tones.

anything you can recommend please, good one.

There's an online utility here:

I haven't tried it.

Do you have Ableton Live? If not, there's a fully functional demo you can try ...

Cubase has audio to midi as well. It is called variaudio

Transcribe yourself; the human brain is still the most reliable audio-to-midi converter available, for now anyway. And you might learn a thing or two in the process

Or try Melodyne?

Melodyne is the only reliable software I know of that can transcribe polyphonic material to midi
