Hello KVR,

I know this has been talked about before, apologize for bringing it up again...

Looking at Nerve, Geist 2, Stylus RMX (expensive).

Something to do modern electronic drums (ambient groove type stuff)

I have spent hours researching this..and simplicity is main key...something useful in 5-10 minutes...and can improvise / randomize beats / patterns (not sounds neccessarily)..

Individual sample shots, and loops with slicing. Can drag drop / export files as audio or midi into DAW.

Nerve looks the best to me
Geist 2, difficult
Stylus RMX, seems great as well, but double the price of others
Battery 4

I hesitate to look at BFD3, or others like it, etc..I love real drums as well, but not sure these apps can randomize / improvise, etc...

I think it will be Nerve, WTB a license here on KVR..I think it is cheaper than $199

I see GA 5, looks ok, can get it for $109 education....

No sure it's any better than Nerve, and BFD 3 seems the "benchmark" for "real" acoustic drums...
