but anything Apple for me will always be a no no! I dislike their closed system, philosophy and over pricing!
Not to mention everyone I've encountered with an iPhone has had handset issues!
For that price you can purchase a 1500 $ I7 windows laptop, Reaper 60 $ and lot of third party plugin before you reach the Apple solution price.

Yes, but then all you have is a Windows i7 laptop with Reaper that needs a thousand dollars of plugins.
