Reinistalled windows -vst Problem

i reinstalled windows and now my one vst plug in wont work
( it worked fine before its phonec 2 - running in reason intro 10.3
is there a framework or update needed to make certain plug ins run fine ?

no phonec doesn't use copy protection , unless its embedded into the file and uses a unique id for your computer , ill have to wait until the creator gets back to me

solved was missing the Visual C++
