Try either GROUP, or FORUM coupon codes. They’ll knock something off, most likely. Also, if you have an account there, you can log into the Blowouts page, and often the same synth will be discounted there. Not a huge discount but, better than nothingSaw wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2019 8:39 pm No discounts for Pulsar Modular now ?

Aw, that kind of sucks. You know, Uncle E (Mr JrrShop himself) lurks in the Sell & Buy forum mostly. Usually in the Bargain Center (with Chat). You could ask him there, and I’m willing to bet he would PM you a discount code. It’s totally worth a try. He’s done it before

Yes. But at least it still works on the latest macOS and Logic version here. But i‘m scared about the day an update will break it. If the developer at least then would update it i can live with it.
Of course i would like more modules (like the sampler module which was once planned) and whatever but if everything stays as is i still find it the most „alive“ software synth and i will would consider to not update my OS or Logic anymore until there would be a replacement. So far nothing for me. There is still so much to explore for me about this synth.
I still hope that one day the developer will surprise us or he sell his code to another company if he gives up on it and anyway make no money with it anymore. I really wish he would work for another company

The trouble for me is that the preset management is extremely rudimentary.
It really slows down my workflow on this instrument, and prevents me from using it as much as I should.

Maybe that was part because he also wanted to release it as iOS app and he also used metal for the GUI.
I mean there are a lot great synths but this just is MY sound and the workflow and GUI is much better to work with (and smooth like butter) for me as with any other modular. But most important for me is the sound here. Even with oversampling off it has something organic i do not feel with other synths/modulars. Maybe Reaktor but the saturation in P900 is way better for my taste and more musical as well. Also Reaktor uses much more cpu as well.
But if the developer of P900 would create some blocks i would buy them in a heartbeat.
But also the easy switch from mono/legato/4voices/8voices is great. Also the polyphonic saturation shines here.
Maybe this build still runs in 10 years? Why not....
