Hey,

After upgrading from Sierra to High Sierra I notice more glitches and CUP spikes with Logic Pro X 10.4.4.

Anyone else experienced it and how to solve it?

Running Macbook mid 2012 with 16 GB Ram and 500 GB SSD Disk.

Look at this, even as it may seem a stretch: go to Privacy in Security & Privacy in System Preferences; in Accessibility, "allow" Logic to "control your computer".
