I can understand why people compain it's reaktor instrument because of the cpu overhead, but complaining because it's such a big hassle to open it in reaktor is just nuts >
It's just one mouseclick more ,that's hardly an issue >
The cpu overhead is .

And no , iI don't think it's so easy to port reaktor core code to c++ , who will tell ?
IN the past N.I. released instruments with an embedded reaktor runtime , like carbon 1 .

Does seem pretty nice. But hands up anyone who actually NEEDS this?

Apparently more than a few people don't understand how to set up track templates in their DAW.
Even if the piano player can't play, keep the party going.

Just tried the demo. Sounds great. :) Another impressive showcase of Reaktor's tech. It seems a bit like a teaser for Massive X. Maybe something for the people who don't want to buy or afford Massive X. Of course it's a bit limited with 8 voices only. The real "star" are probably the LFO's. Pretty unusual that you can combine the waveforms.

I have an extreme weakness for classic subtractive synthesis. It still sounds better than all others IMO.

I like this a lot....but I don't think I'd shell out $89 for it, unfortunately

i agree it sounds really good, and i would, if i didn't have to install that software manager to use it.

I don't mind the Native Access that much. I've gotten used to it.

I actually might buy this....it's a super clean interface. Very pleasing aesthetically.

Just wish it had a 3rd osc and ring mod but oh well

I'm not such a big fan of Reaktor and so my interest in this synth is rather small. But of course NI tries to push Reaktor and that works the best if you have some good ensembles. The GUI looks a bit like a simple building block system made by someone who isn't necessarily a GUI designer. It looks a bit amateurish to my taste. To compensate this, the synth has to sound really fantastic :P

you're not actually the least bit evil are you

I agree that the GUI is not superb. It looks a bit simple, and, i also dislike the sliders for filter cutoff and resonance. The GUI is functional, though.
