[Reaper] How can I make audio items stop moving with timeline when I zoom in?

I find it very annoying when I zoom into the audio to make positioning adjustments, and then find everything moving erratically with the timeline bar. When it's zoomed out, everything is fine.
Is there any configuration change I can make to stop this happening?

Options - Untick "Automatically scroll view during playback"
